Zenergy (we) respects the privacy of visitors. This policy describes how we collect, use, and retain personal information on the z-energy.tech marketing site, and what rights you can exercise. If this policy conflicts with the SaaS Terms of Service for monitor.z-energy.tech, the in-product agreement controls.
1. Information we collect
Contact details: when you reach out via the Support page's request-a-demo form or by email / phone, we collect the name, email, phone, company, and message you provide.
Access logs: server logs record IP address, User-Agent, timestamp, and request path for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies / local storage: we use a language-preference cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) and anonymous analytics cookies set by the third-party tools described below. We do not deploy advertising trackers.

Respond to your inquiries and provide demos or sales support.
Improve site usability and content quality.
Meet legal and regulatory obligations (e.g., ICP filing, security audits).
3. Third-party analytics and external services
This site integrates two anonymous analytics tools: Baidu Analytics (operated by Baidu Netcom Science and Technology) and Google Analytics 4 (operated by Google LLC). Both collect anonymous page-view paths, dwell time, screen resolution, and referrer for site-optimization purposes; neither collects personally-identifiable information such as name or email.
You can block third-party cookies in your browser, or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout) to stop GA data collection.
Outbound links to monitor.z-energy.tech, partner pages, or vendor sites are governed by their respective privacy policies.
4. Retention and security
Information submitted via contact forms is stored in our CRM and accessible only to sales and pre-sales engineers. We retain it for at most 3 years unless legitimate business or legal grounds extend that period.
Server access logs are rotated every 90 days by default.
All site traffic is served over TLS; internal systems enforce least-privilege access.
5. Your rights
You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the address below. We aim to respond within 15 business days.
To stop receiving commercial communications, click the unsubscribe link in any email or reply asking to be removed.
6. Policy updates
