01What is ZenovaOS pricing? How much does a PV monitoring platform cost?
ZenovaOS lists three plans: (1) Monitoring Standard at ¥1500/MW·year for core monitoring, alarms and asset management; (2) Monitoring Pro at ¥3000/MW·year for customers needing digital twin, asset management and fuller operational analytics; (3) Enterprise custom deployment (on-prem / private cloud / group integration), quoted individually by plant scale, connected devices, deployment mode and interface needs. Monitoring is billed by installed capacity (MW), from a single C&I plant to a multi-plant portfolio.
02Are ZEL data loggers charged separately? Are they bought together with ZenovaOS?
ZEL-50 / ZEL-50 Pro / ZEL-80 are in-house data-logger hardware, independent of the ZenovaOS platform subscription. Whether you need loggers depends on existing data sources, inverter API openness and data-reliability requirements: if existing inverter cloud APIs are stable, you can connect to the platform directly; for multi-OEM, weak-API, complex sites or strong stability requirements, we recommend evaluating ZEL loggers alongside ZenovaOS.
03How is enterprise custom deployment quoted?
Enterprise custom deployment targets customers needing on-prem, private cloud or group integration, quoted individually by plant scale, number of connected devices, deployment mode (on-prem / private cloud) and interface / integration needs.
