How is ZenovaOS priced? How much does a PV monitoring platform cost?+
Three plans are listed: Monitoring Standard at ¥1500/MW·year, Monitoring Pro at ¥3000/MW·year, and Enterprise custom deployment (on-prem / private cloud / group integration) quoted by plant scale and interface needs. Do we have to rip out the existing monitoring stack?+
No. ZenovaOS supports progressive onboarding: parallel ZEL loggers next to existing inverters, dual-write to your current system and ZenovaOS, validate, then choose the migration pace. Existing work-order and alert logic can sync via API.
Which inverter / meter brands are supported?+
ZEL covers Modbus / IEC104 / OPC UA across mainstream inverters (Huawei, Sungrow, Sunways, Growatt, Ginlong, Goodwe) and meters (Acrel, etc.). New brands typically add to the adapter list within 1-3 days.
How is ZenovaAI different from a chat-bot wrapper?+
